Much like Kendrick (born 1987) and Tupac (born 1971), Jayceon 'The Game' Terrell Taylor (born November 29, 1979) is a victim of early childhood abuse and neglect that deprives developing children from experiencing and enjoying a safe, fairly happy American kid childhood.
How much longer are Americans from all backgrounds going to tolerate and encourage America's expanding sub-culture of Child Abuse and Neglect that is harming many communities populated by depressed Americans of African descent?
Isn't it about time Americans re-examine our child welfare and safety laws?
We are demanding our cops wear cameras.
How about demanding cameras be placed in the common area of homes that have established a track record for failing to properly raise, nurture and supervise young developing minds?
Recently I watched a video that saddened and enlightened me when I learned child welfare investigators test the hair of child abuse victims for "ambient" exposure to drugs.
Holy smokes, the numbers are critical. At the least cameras would expose signs of intoxication in homes identified as requiring extra care to prevent children from being emotionally and or physically harmed.
