I find people that where brand names like a badge of honor or only into the latest fashion trends to be lame/corny. Their style revolves around what everyone else is wearing/doing. Or old heads using the latest slang popular with late-teens/early 20s are lame to me.
I also find people that don't strive to better themselves - intellect/knowledge and health (physical activity, diet, etc.), to be lame/corny.

Corny means you're filled with or all full of filler with no substance. A corny dude and a clean cut man could wear the exact same fit, be the exact same weight and height but be the complete opposite of each other. A clean cut person brings something to the table whereas a corny person merely exists. You can call it confidence, personality, swag, or whatever. One man has it the cornball doesn't and typically complains about it.

To seriously answer op's question any (especially under 35) black man who doesn't act like a caricature of what the media portrays black men to be. "Cornyness" doesn't really apply to young black women to the extent that it applies to young black men.
