In the most logical flat earth system, the sun and moon are the same size and distance away from each other which is why the moon completely covers the sun during a solar eclipse as they rotate above us(and we are stationary)

Many flat earthers also belive that theres a third object above us(invisible to the naked eye) thats the same size and distance as the sun and moon, and that its this object that passes in front of(or through) the moon during a lunar eclipse

This could just be that third object passing in front of(or through) the sun

It's a solar eclipse and since there's NO date attached to the video it was probably from 2017.

Nothing to see here, folks.

xCivicx is fukking stupid and a liar.

The Sun and Moon are NOT the same size and we can calculate their sizes and distance........

Eclipses don't happen that fast either as far as I know.

Interesting none the less.

They actually do when nearing 'totality'....

Notice in the OG post that it was already around sunset as the Sun was low relative to the horizon, so the diminution of sunlight wouldn't be as drastic.

Look at both videos. The sun got dark at the same time the cameraman is zooming in to capture a more granular view of the eclipse. The darkness must be an illusion of the camera as it is adjusting to the closer frame.

First video is an eclipse. I wouldn’t trust anything anyone in the comments say. People be scammers these days. :unimpressed:

I agree. First video is most definitely an eclipse and not some unexplainable phenomenon. The fact that there hasn't been HUNDREDS of similar videos posted to social media or MSN since it happened, supposedly, a few days ago just means there's nothing weird going on that the heliocentric model hasn't already predicted.

First post is NOT a few days old, but over two years old.
