DJ Khaled does what we don't have the connections or resources to do: he puts together artists and producers that look like on paper. They used to sound like that too, but have become more miss than hit with each album. Imagine if some of the people who post here or on other message boards had Khaled's connections and resources. I'm sure some would be , but there'd also be some that were .

i heard he was a hype man but he can't even do that shyt correctly. He's been trying to put on ace hood for over 5 years and the guy is still a nobody

I'm not a stan, I don't know his records off hand. A lot people enjoy Ace Hood's music. He's doing well for artist backed by a person who can't put up records himself. He has enough hits to do performances for another year or so. Can't hate on Ace Hood persistence.
