His best work yet breh.:wow: I hope he pump more music out these year too. Him and Jay Rock. Knowing TDE we might have to wait till next year. :francis:

Well Jay Rock supposed to have next. SBQ said he tryna drop this year too. If Soul was smart he'd be hard at work making a new record.

DWTW is dope, but not the best he has to offer.

I made this thread before DWTW, and now I see I was wrong about CS.

These Days still garbage though.
I see and with that said he that is only one album, you got to give him a break for that lol. Dude just wanted to experiment with these days plus he couldn't release the album he wanted to at the time called unit 6 with singer jmsn. He also wanted to show people he could do what others were doing at the time.

With that said, Ab need to drop more fire and I can't wait for his next album.

TDE
Soul fell of hard after CS and is the weakest member of TDE. Lame and corny punchlines and nikka giggling at his own rhymes :hhh:

I haven't liked much of his music for the past couple of albums. But I must admit I think that song Huey Knew from the last album is the closest he's sounded to CS

DWTW squashed every doubt that I had of Ab Soul. Album was damn near perfection, yet TDE somehow managed to fukk that up along with Lance Skiiiwalker's album.

I don't do all the "classic" shyt but that album has had a hold of me for 6-7 months now. Jay is the only rapper to really knock DWTW out of rotation and even then I was still listening to The Law when I went to sleep last night.

What made that album special is how dark it was. In a way, it felt like a modern day "Soul on Ice" with the production and lyrical content. I just wish dude got the Kendrick treatment as far as physical copies of Soul's album is concern, especially vinyl :banderas:.
