One thing I’ve noticed, there is no “white leader” they have a code and they follow it. Black peope need a code to follow, a code stays the same, won’t bend to whoever offers money or any other bullshyt. This is where we fukk up as a people. There’s no code that’s even followed by half of us.

The Internet and social media make it very hard for any one black leader to get the collective attention of the community.

People like that would just get drowned out by 100,000 other people on Youtube in 2025.
I agree with this take, technology presents us with so many voices. Before widespread adoption of social media, the loudest voices were those that actually had collegiate training, researchers, or leaders in organizations that were well structured, now it’s a free-for-all.

Do they have white leaders. Steve Bannon, Stephen Millers types don’t just come from out of nowhere and individuals they follow, but to your point they also have a code they follow without deviating from it.

I think the problem is we have many people that want to speak up but no one wants to be a martyr for no resolution so we sit back tired of the same circling pattern of bigotry and idiocracy and wait for the world to crumble.

No they got government jobs. You would be surprised how many Afrocentric, college educated black men and women work in the government.

All we got now is Dr Umar Johnson :snoop:

it’s ironic but this dude summarized the book guns germs and steel back in the 1970’s in about 2 minutes. We know cacs better than cacs known cacs. It’s a survival method for us.

Lack of leadership amongst men. Always trying to blame women for their shortcomings.
Men don't exist in a vacuum. Can't lead anything if you get undermined by your counterparts. If men start a new BP movement tomorrow and don't allow women membership because "you saw what happened last time" we'd be labelled all types of misogynoir and patriarchal.

They do have leaders, the billionaires of industry and politicians. But they are guided by a central "white is right" code. We used to have a "Black (em)power(ment)" code, but that was destroyed by the Black feminist counter insurgency.
