I jumped-ship because I was training people to perform my job function and they were making the SAME wage I was without all the certs/experience.

Talked to my supervisor (Program Director) and was told that since we were State/Federally funded, the wages were locked-in by the Municipal Board of Directors.

...............

Three months after that, found a job in the private sector, doing the same thing I'd been doing for 12 years, for twice the rate I'd been making for over a decade and the organization I'd worked for got de-funded the following year for not following regs.........
