I don't know about the vaped bud since I've been out of that game since like way before vaping got popular but THC is fat soluble. So yes, you could eat the butter. Or you could use the butter to make something else with it, then eat that. In fact you would have to cook it in order to eat it if it's not vaped. Don't know about that vaped shyt though and whether or not the THC is "activated" yet. Maybe you could just mix it up with some hot water and chug it.
Save that shyt and make some firecrackers or if your too lazy to to that, then sprinkle that shyt in a joint.

you should cook the vaped weed in oil or butter(very low heat for at least an hour) and then consume the oil or butter (it well be all green and funky lookin) 7 grams of vaped weed into a stick of butter seems to work pretty well
