To me it's someone who looks down on women, believe that men are superior to women because of illogical reasons and believe women have no use. I think it should be obvious when someone does not like certain things that certain women do and when someone hates women. I hate how basic people are about labeling someone as a misogynist.
Actually having standards for women and not catering to them leads to being called a misogynist or some other term too often in this society. I don't like people in general and I only like females who have certain qualities that I like. Females who play the victim role and complain constantly are easy to hate. I would like to see more equality in this world, but because of some of the beliefs I have about women I'm sure some idiots would label me a misogynist. Oh well.

We can keep breaking up the demographics. But we're all human. On a social scale, we all deserve to be treated equally.
On a personal scale? Not so much. There are people who deserve to be mistreated, some of those people happen to be women.
If I didn't treat bad people differently than good people, how would I know the difference? I'll dog out a grimey lying hoe who treats me bad and and I'll have the utmost respect for a respectable woman who treats me good.

I remember some guy was saying "if women were valuable then why are more men in fortune 500 than women", then someone quoted him and said "so white men >>>>> everyone else" and the dude that said the first quote was like "why you gotta bring race into it, we're talking about gender" I know more then a few, my closet friend got that shyt from his Dad….and as much as he might embrace it, he will ask 'what the fukk is with me', because it gets in the way when you are trying to have an actual functional relationship, where you consider the other persons feelings. It's not so much an all out hatred, it's just they don't (in general) value women for more then sex, it's that simple. They look at women as inferior, intellectually, and in all ways, and their pattern has been to then seek out women who embody these stereotypes and behavior, and engage in relationships with them….it's a black comedy of errors at it's finest. But, my friend is fukked up in the game now, cuz he has a girl he claims to really love, but he can't stop being an a$$hole to her…for no reason….it's sick, but funny to me.
I know others who SIMP on women like crazy, but at the same time, struggle to value them for more idols of sex, or physical beauty. For cultural/religious reasons place absurd double standards on women, and their behavior, like the Madonna complex. My boys out here going hard in the clubs, trying take home every little rat in sight, then laments about wanting a good girl…..but if a girl sleeps with someone, or has a one night stand…she's a whore and no good. It's hilarious, self defeating and very unhealthy behavior. But, he comes from a family and culture, where women are simply devalued by default. Their opinions don't matter. They are to observe, assist, and serve the men, who make the decisions and the money.
Using generalized and learned knowledge of yourself, gender roles, and women to sleep/engage/interact with them, is not misogyny, but I'd wager that dudes with serial bodies under them, have some kind of tendency towards it. You can't lie, mislead, abuse, manipulate people on a regular basis without some form of hatred, or contempt….
