Funny thing is I agree with you.
But on the other hand, you gotta understand not all nikkas will boss up the way you’re thinking. All are capable, but very few will. Besides, bossing up isn’t as simple as just getting your money up. Plenty of dudes will get their money up and won’t know how to keep a woman’s interest, doubly so in 2018 where a woman’s interest is fleeting if you haven’t known her since she graduated high school or even earlier.

It's not really about who's above who. It's really down to what a man values; time, money, or (mental) energy. All the "every man should have 5 bytches kissing his feet" stuff is cool for motivation but it's not realistic.
