What US city has the best architect/ and which city has the worst?

I dont even know if thats the right word but whatever.

Im talkn about from the way the houses are built and designs, to the way the neighborhoods look(poor, middle class and upper class collectively) to just the way the buildings and even the stores look in general.

My favorite is tied between southern cali







and south Illinois/St.louis area

Goes by money. Cali has the most money (even though they stay frontin') so their shyt is in the best shape. Baltimore is a real hood and ghetto so of course it's one of the worst looking.

I'll look for some pics later, but what I'll say for now is that I really like the tenements you see in Manhattan neighborhoods like the Lower East Side and East Village

I also like how common high rise apartment buildings are throughout the city, no other city in the US is like that to my knowledge.

I like Philly too but it's less interesting, it's pretty much all 3 story rowhouses.

I always thought the northeast looks ugly. I think the southwest got the best because they have more favorable weather.
