Idk I just started when I was mad young and got in the habit. Definitely numb to violence but I have ideology that tells me what’s right and wrong so I’m aware these are egregious crimes against humanity when a guy rips another guys chest skin off.

Yeah, audio stuff with real non-movie screams are traumatizing asf. There was a thread on reddit discussing the tragedy of the nightclub that burned out, I think it was in Brazil? With people trapped inside. Apparently there's audio from the victims screaming their lungs out and begging for somebody to kill them while they were devoured by the flames. Reddit dudes were warning to NOT listen to it and I listened

I definitely believe that you can watch stuff on the internet that is life-changing in a bad way. It wasn't possible before, you'd just hear about it. But now, the most horrible scenes you could conceive are available for consumption as long as you're grown enough to click it. War battles, torture, gruesome accidents, mass shootings, executions... I don't want to do armchair psychology but I presume it's not good all that good for the psyche
