Pump It Up & Focus are hit records. dude vouched for him on that record didn't he? or else it would've never been released.

so you dictate a rapper whether or not he has hits? there's much more to an artist besides having "hit records". Budden shouldn't even be around in 2016, but he is still here and actually buzzing more than ever before, even after his "flopped" hits.
