I’m probably the only Gundam fan that hasn’t seen seed….I never liked the animation.

No, you're not. I tried, but couldn't get into it. I wasn't a fan of the art style or over designed suits, and that's coming from a Wing fan.

It's kind of hard to top the core 4 of the Universal Century from a storytelling standpoint, though ZZ can be an acquired taste. Zeta is probably the best series.

Of the Alternate Timeline stuff, Wing and IBO are my favorites with 00 just below them for me.

Seed Destiny is half-garbage. Seed the Movie also was garbage. Seed (OG) gets good when they get to the desert. Everything before the desert was too much like OG Gundam.

Gundam the Origin is IMO the best of all the UC.

IBO is the best again IMO.

Zeta was piff but I fukking hated ZZ. took one of the hardest female villains I've seen in any anime (Haman Karn) and turned her into a simp for a teenage boy

Yeah they dropped the ball there, but Judau was a sick pilot and protagonists.

Idk why I have no connection to IBO, but I think I need to watch it again.
