Trying to have him cut actual promos post shield break up. Hell it mightve been the same night him and Dean cut the post break up promos.

After that it was continuing to push him after he'd gotten Injured and returned close to the rumble. They should've just gone with somebody else for the year at that point.

Probably at the start. He just isn't that good, mic skills are poor, in ring ability such as move set, selling, emotion isn't very good; he isn't that big/strong despite how much the comms tell you he is. It's obvious he's Cena 2.0 despite there being more rewarding superstars who deserve it, you've got guys like Heyman saying he's better than Austin/Rock/Hogan; he stills uses the Shied gimmick which makes no sense, and he still gets this monster push despite how much the crowd just aren't that behind him. Also WWE's stubbornness to turn him heel.

So yeah, I think the exact point was the start, because he should have realised that he isn't that good right at the beginning.

That Sufferin Succotash promo was last year. People are still mad about that?

I keep hearing that but yet to see it myself, still looks gassed after 5 minutes, still uses his entire move-set in less than 10 minutes, still fails to sell any injuries (royal rumble pissed me off), and yeah apart from "AWAAHHHHHH" where's the emotion?

And his promos still suck, can't name one recent promo when he wasn't like nails on a chalkboard?

You can talk about how "gassed" he looks but he consistently had good to great matches last year. With the exception of the Royal Rumble, Reigns is usually pretty good at selling injuries and telling a story in his matches.
