What was this game on the Sega Genesis 3 called?

I can't remember really it was made in '94. Basketball game, Charles Barkley was in it, whole group of cats to choose from and I would be playin that shyt 24/7. It had '94 on it in red on the cartridge, picture of a dude dunking with the camera shot at the top angle looking down.

Damn I need to know what this game is I'm about to download an emulator for this shyt but I can't remember the name of it.
