The pale green pants with nobody inside 'em by Dr Seuss. I loved damn near everything this breh made, but I remember really liking the style of this book after cutting my teeth on 1 fish, 2 fish, red fish, blue fish. shyt was a slept on classic.

Amazing Spiderman Volume 1 #269 - If It's one of the few things I regret back in my childhood where my mom and all her siblings lived in the same house, was appreciate one of my uncle's comic book collection outside of just this one comic that resonated so deeply with me. I was only accustomed of seeing Peter Parker in the red and blue, so when I saw him putting on a black suit, shyt had me like :whoo: I remember my uncle breaking down the different comic book universes and arcs and all that shyt that had me :why: but I was a big fan of the poses and artwork, the whole nine until I found Venom. Didn't make Maximum Carnage any easier though.:shaq2:

Can't remember how I got this shyt. Prolly picked it up when I got the book The Black Stallion or somethin', but it stuck with me way more than that tale. shyt was about this mute black arab breh working as a slave stable boy that took a liking to a special horse became the fastest in all the land and shyt and only loved him. Breh and his horse got shipped off to the UK and went through some shyt. All my other primary school books I've donated to book fairs but this is one of the few that I still re-read every other year or so

Same comic book loving uncle had a bunch of these comics as well and those he let me hold since they weren't rare like most of his comic books. Really love the characters in this series despite this being in the same vein as the Tin Tin books with anyone of colour lookin' like a fukking Golliwogg.:birdman: Breh didn't know any better back then and to be honest, it ain't on the level of Tin Tin in the Congo.
