My AC at my rental went out last year.

It only made it six years. Warranty went out after five years

$5500 for a new system and a five year warranty.

It was supposed to be a permanent move but the visas didn’t come through so I just kept them so my Wife wouldn’t be alone with them for the whole summer.

I work for a non-profit dealing with low incoming housing, complex im rehabbing has had 23 AC's stolen already this summer. Senior housing we just took over has had 15 AC's stolen and about 15 single family homes that are vacant have been stolen.

Looking around 250k we're gonna have to spend on AC's alone
