i passed out and partially pissed myself during a 6k erg test

err, i might want to explain what a 6k erg test is..
many gyms have an indoor rower

the 6k test is a measure of fitness, endurance, and toughness
takes 20-25 minutes depending on your skills

anyway, a little bit of urine is better than having a heart attack
and i would've needed a shower anyway
