LOL my nikka Jecht. Dude knew Tidus was soft and was just trying to make him a man...but did it in all the wrong ways. He was a man's man and wanted his son to be the same, without realizing that even if his son had his talent, he was a prima donna and not a killer like Jecht was. Basically, Jecht was Kobe and Tidus was Pau Gasol.

But I guess I related to Tidus at a certain level, cuz I was a prodigy but a lil soft as a kid, and my father was an @sshole.

I mean dude committed the ultimate sacrifice but it sucks that he wasn't a good father until it was already too late. Can't wait for FFX HD next year...I haven't played this game since PS2 days.

For all the shyt people give it Final Fantasy XIII had some moments that stuck with me. The game wasn't all bad but the sequels were completely unnecessary. they especially ruined Lightning who'd actually been developed into a decent character by the end of the first game. now she's back to being a stoic piece of shyt.

Yeah man...that was two years ago. It was a rough time. I was angry and had some serious anxiety for awhile...which I brought into a relationship with a woman I'm still trying to get back. It was fukked up maybe. Being real, I might need to see a therapist to deal with some of this shyt, I've had a rough life bruh...hence the attraction to fantasy games and shyt...I needed an escape.

FFX is my favorite and the console game I spent the most hours on ever....I probably spent close to 100 hours on blitzball alone . FF7 is a close second. I played it once at friend's house and ended up getting a PS just for that game alone

FF VI is my fav.

Coming into FF VII I was disappointed with the lack of being able to have every character learn every spell (OP I know but you could customize your party).

Each character had some crazy ability:

• Gau could learn enemy skills
• Sabin had Street Figher moves
• Cyan had some nutty multi-hit strikes
• Terra could turn into an Esper
• Gogo could mimic anything

The two world idea set the bar really high for me.
The story was well thought out with varying activities (the opera, the raft) and had a with a huge cast.
The mult-party breaks in the story where you choose which party to follow
The ending actually was an ending (VII was incomplete)

Easily Final Fantasy Tactics. After that, it's a toss up between 4, 7, and 9, with a special mention for 12.
