What we growing this year

A people can't do shyt for themselves if they can't grow their own food. With that said anybody here do any gardening? It's bout that time to get them plants in the ground.

Effective af even if you have limited space


Dwarf fruit trees
Usually bear fruit in 2 years or less. You can grow them in buckets



It's people out here making a living farming on less than a quarter are of land.

I didn't know you could do this with such little space. I'm still concerned a rac00n may steal from any harvest i have though

I have a decent sized backyard perfect for growing. I also have two problems:

On the left side of my yard, my neighbor has three bad ass dogs, and I can't put anything near the fence, because I think they would pee on the vegetables.

My backyard isn't fenced in, and a portion of my yard touches the my other neighbors driveway, and I think he would pee on my crops. He and his sons pee in their yard when they get out of the car. He has always been crazy, and mean, and yells at his wife, and everyone that comes to his house. He's also jealous of other people who have fixed up our homes, because his still looks like shyt. I've also seen racc00ns at night, and fear they might give my crops rabies.

So I think I'm going to put up a small fence, and plant near the part of the yard hidden from the crazy neighbor, and away from the crazy dogs. I don't even have a grill, because I think the crazy neighbor, or one of his tennants would purposely break the grill, or have someone steal it. I'm also afraid the racc00ns will put rabies in the grill, and I'd have to carry it up and down the stairs every time I cook.

Eta: I had some mums on my steps two years ago, and somebody stole my god damned mums. My top stairs are pretty high up, and I've never had a package stolen, but somebody stole my flowers. I'm convinced the neighbor had his son steal my flowers.

Also my granddaddy used to say grow really hot peppers (ghost, jalapeno, etc) around your garden. They're easy to grow and as soon as an animal eats one he's not coming back to your garden
