You right. That was when the shift happened. After Party like a Rock star dropped, urban clothing started parodying White/Rock/Punk/Skater culture. Mohawks, Skinny Jeans, Vans, Famous Bandanas around peoples faces became popular with Black teens. Then Lil Wayne started skateboarding, then he dropped that pop punk rock album(with the hit single Prom Queen) that's when the shift became official. By then, Girbouxs, Baggy Jeans, Forces, Goofy backpacks, Tall Tees, and Aviator glasses were all considered
