Kids definitely watched it, I was one of them, but that don't make it a kids show

Children was watching The Simpsons and Martin too:mjlol:
what about the flintstones?

when dinosaurs got syndicated it moved to am/kids times showings..at least in the bay area

Dinosaurs wasn't a children's show y'all
When it came out I was 10 and thought that it wasn't meant for my age group. Maybe teenagers if anything. Look at the intro which is kind of scary especially to a child. Not to mention the in the very first episode newscaster "falsely' predicted their demise which he ended up correctly reporting on in the last ep.

some of these are actually funny looking back
especially dinosaurs considering how stupid people are
i don't remember any of these endings
however, nothing was more traumatizing
than optimus prime getting that work

From seeing the thread title, I knew it was David the Gnome, before coming in.

The show did have very mature themes throughout. And this was Nickelodeon. Nick Jr had some gems.
