Nobody ultimately respects sassy.

Sassy is like the special kid in class that got on to the basketball team out of pity and somehow managed to hit a shot. That's really how people were looking at the sassy clapbacks.

Awww look at the sassy girl clapping back. You go girl. Periodt. *votes for the first serious white male running against her*

This isn’t it brehs.

Whether you like Jasmine Crockett or not, she’s a Black woman just like our mamas, grandmas, sisters, and aunts.

I guess I’m getting old, because I can’t stand when we do these think pieces on each other that further divide Black men and Black women.

We are not an enemy to one another. Those cacs and their way of thinking is our enemy.

The reality is that the particular voting block she needed to win wouldn’t have voted for a progressive minded Black man either.

White moderates and want to be White Latin cacs will not vote for a Black candidates in mass. Obama was anomaly and we might not see another him for a long time.

A lot of yall want to be “cute” and talk about platforms and shyt on Black candidates saying she should have run better when you have a 30 something time convicted felon that sits in the highest level of government. There is evidence to suggest he’s likely a pedo too. That is not to mention his band of sycophants that are openly bigots and willing to rationalize bending the rules and breaking the law for him and to meet their political aspirations. All that yet White folks still vote for them in lock step and stick on to the code.

The Black candidate has to run the perfect campaign for yall though, I knew she was unlikely to win in Texas, but I expected much more from you kneegrows here. Some of yall sound like cacs.

They need to look at how Black voters were disenfranchised when Ken Paxton appealed the ruling that killed the Republican initiative that forced voters to vote at an assigned precinct rather than voting anywhere as in the past. The ruling was killed by a judge until Paxton appealed and the Texas state Supreme Court agreed with him so votes between the hours of 7 to 9 PM were not counted to go along with people being unaware about the assigned present ruling.

Another attack on Black voters

That we should be moving more like Somalis. By concentrating power in specific areas and voting as a block to get tangibles. But we won't do that so nothing will ever change. Except shills continuing to wish on a goddamn star.

We'll get whatever crumbs the Democrats offer until they don't even have to provide that anymore.

How do you ignore republican disenfranchising black voters in the Dallas area? Why does it always end with Gotcha dems with you?

This is the most retarded thing I’ll read today.

She’s a Congresswoman running for Senate.

He didn’t challlenge her for her seat, she was going for a promotion and lost to the better candidate.

He had time to focus on campaigning fully, figure out exactly what everyday Texans wanted to hear right now, while she was busy in DC doing her job as a congresswoman, dealing with the numerous committees required to fight the current Executive Office, and doing a great job at it.

So great in fact that Republicans dread being questioned by her because they know they have to be super thorough or they will get embarrassed.

Do you not read thread titles? It says what will Black Americans learn from her loss. Not why Jasmine Crockett lost her race.

And did you read what I wrote about what took place involving heavily Black districts in Dallas?

Again…how is it possible that you claim to be for FBA yet leapfrog their experiences andwho hurts them to play gotcha dems?

How do you mentally reconcile that constant habit?

I’m not detailing anything. You did the same thing in the Hochul thread where the thought of a data center being opened by a dem drew your attention while ignoring the tons of data centers killing black communities all over red states. How do you constantly come to the “gotcha Dems” every single time while wholeheartedly ignoring Republican harms? All while claiming to be universally for FBA? Like….how do you reconcile that?
