I never discredited anything. The government replaced men and later waves of feminism essentially marked the death of the black family unit.

It's going to be hard....because it is not just a Black folk issue. We were among the first and are still the hardest hit but marriage and nuclear families are collapsing across the developed Western world. Scandinavia and Chile also have 60%+ out of wedlock birth rates. The only difference is in Scandinavia the fathers will more often stay with the girl and raise the kid as a sort of informal family.
East Asia and some conservative countries in East Europe are an exception but they have the problem of super low fertility and shrinking populations now or in the next few decades.
This is a hard world now and only the Africans and some parts of Latin America still have the balance of good fertility and nuclear families to be honest.
