The Lakers and Bucks are the only one seeds in NBA history to not get home court advantage. They are probably the most disadvantaged top seed in the history of sports. Makes the Lakers winning that much more impressive.
Winning without homecourt is certainly impressive, in a vacuum, but I certainly wouldn't say that's heavier to where it outweighs the Lakers' run of opponents. At the end of the day,
a championship is a championship, and whatever course it took to get there shouldn't be minimized, but with that said, let's not act like they had to go through hellfire to win this season; they had an extremely fortunate run where they never played a team who was even remotely in the same state of health or had similar talent.
NBA players, you know, the dudes actually PLAYING basketball all saying it was difficult. More than the regular season.
Coli couch fakkits saying it wasn't hard. Same cats that panic when they mom yells at them from the top of the basement steps.
Never change Coli
Regardless of it being difficult or not - the league is a fraternity, so of course, the overwhelming majority of players will say it's
difficult, if only for the fact they don't want to be seen as that hating ass nxgga who goes against their peers. They're not going to say some shyt that will fukk their money and future career options up.
