1.You said alot of nothing. There's no deflecting. We're talking who was bigger.
You said Bone was bigger than snoop in 1994 ,although snoop sold 4 million + records from very late 93' to mid 94'
(half a year)
And bone's 1994 project took 18 months to do the same numbers. (they only sold 2 mil in 1994,half of snoop)
On top of this, snoop was the face for and led the soundtrack to his mini movie MURDER WAS THE CASE,which moved another 2 million (within 6 months),released in 1994.
2.Doggstyle came out 11 months after The Chronic. E1999 Eternal cam out 13 months after Creepin on ah come up. (not a huge difference)
3.Wrong,as i stated earlier,in the first half of 1994 (alone) Snoop moved 4 million. In the last half of 1994 alone, bone moved 2 mil. Basic Math my son. On top of this,he was the lead artist and face of MURDER WAS THE CASE in late 1994 which sold 2mil in six months. Even without that,he outdid bone in1994.
4.You can't be the larger draw if you were outsold 2-1,which was the case. try again.
5.Nonsense,being intellectual disingenuous will work on young dumb nikkas. You're fooling nobody. Despite Thuggish ruggish being the bigger song. Foe the love of money is a bonafide classic song as well, fully equipped with a video.
And it performed very well

6.Your bullshyt was dispelled on #5
7. See #3 and #4
8.This thread isnt about years later or even 1995. It's about who was looking like top 5 as 1994 ended and what they had did up to that point.
Pac had the #1 album in the country 4 weeks in a row while he was imprisoned in 1995. I never attempted to use that to plead a 1994 case for pac because it doesnt matter.
Biggie did very well in 1995. Classic features, classic singles.
His Junior Mafia clique dropped classic singles, but i didnt try to use that to plead a case for him in 1994,cause it has nothing to do with it.
But i'll play devil's advocate, just to make a point. Let';s say E1999 eternal just came out the blue selling tons of records, with no smash single, just riding off Creepin on ah come up's buzz.
If that happened, your point would be a good one.
But that's NOT what happened.
What did happen is Bone released a smash single in First of the Month, which was bigger than either of the singles from COACU. The album did 2 million (in 1995). Then when they finally released the new version of CROSSROADS in 1996,they moved and additional 2/3 million.
IN CLOSING,we can't downplay what snoop was bringing, when he had a full blown female clone of him within 6-7 months of his debut.
The brat became the first female solo rapper to go plat,by blatantly emulating snoop.
Snoop was that nikka
