i havent put a whole lot of thought into this, but i would have to say that drowning is probably the worst in my opinion. just for the simple fact that your still alive until you make a conscience decision to start breathing in water when you cant hold your breath any more, knowing that its going to kill you. im picturing the old mobsters giving somebody "cement shoes" , no thank you!

Guessing we're talking somewhat normal/natural ways? Cause being tortured slowly in various ways wins. But for 'normal' deaths? I'd say drowning would have to suck
