What nikkaz need to do is steer Black youth towards Black colleges.
When this shyt happened at Mizzou, it reminded me that we need to stop sending our best and brightest to PWIs and need to use our children to build up OUR institutions.
Now, in the NFL and NBA, what nikkaz need to do is take over those leagues.

What nikkaz also need to do is show blatant favoritism towards Black media outlets. As much as I hate BET, I was glad that the NBA players chose to have their "Players Awards" on that channel and not on ESPN or some CAC channel.
