Lol@this bs conservative taking point. Least we forget,there was a labor shortage before COVID. We cut off the immigration spigot during Trump, and your already had starting shortages. Nor to mention,in places like Texas you're already at it near pre pandemic employment levels. Everybody done conveniently forgot about those huge immigration raid days. Just like with the chip "shortage" you can't just shut things around then expect the same result. Once again,the welfare state gets blamed because of incompetence from poor conservative policy. Nevermind the teacher,police, hospitality and medical industry shortages pre pandemic. Let's blame needed COVID payments instead of realizing waitress was always a shytty job that is hard to keep staffed at anytime.

Not 40K for a Senior / Director Level position

Companies are not competitive and until the CEO is ready to get rid of his house in the Hamptons, side bytch, private flights, exclusive dinners & living above his means, he won’t have a company of longevity until he pays ppl correctly.
