What would have happened if United Flight 93 reached its initial target on 9/11?

i know about seat back phones, interesting that cell phones got signals in airplanes back then...but i didn't even think about seat back phones since my confusion came from only thinking about one order of things:

scenario 1) passenger(s) gets call telling them planes had been jacked and crashed into pentagon/WTC, then jackers on 93 reveal themselves, so passengers take them down

but now it makes sense that scenario b happened) hijackers took over, passengers called to say bye/let loved ones know they were jacked, they learn of the other 9/11 hijackings, they decide to fight jackers on 93 so they can't hit their target
