Whenever Hunter stops being an active performer honestly, he's been a part of some fun matches and moments but it's getting hard to remember that period between 1998 to early 2002 when he was about as entertaining as anybody on the roster. History would/should actually be kind to his legacy if he'd be more generous with his character in 2016 IMO
No hate but it really doesn't make sense storywise that he just climbs off the shelf once a year but pretty much dominates guys who are supposedly in their mid season physical form by being on the road active. Taker can get away with it because he's "dead" in any other "combat" sport you'd tend to be rusty/vulnerable
