He was the template of the modern point forward and he played damn near every position back in the 80s so he would fit right in this pointonless era. Didn't he clinch a finals playing center? and you day he is overrated

:comeon:
No, he didn't play center. He participated in the jump ball to start the game but he did not play center that's a myth.

He played in the 80’s. The foul calls are hyperbolized, it literally isn’t a factor at all. His foul rate wouldn’t go up in this era.
Yeah, you're right.

Yup, Ben is the modern day Magic Johnson. He just has above the rim athleticism and more advanced ball handling.

lmfao stop it. There are a lot of older players you can call overrated but magic Johnson is rated pretty well. Please don’t try to make a case for bum Simmons over magic

They'd look like Ben Simmons stats throughout the following years :yeshrug:

Except Ben Simmons isn't the greatest point guard of all time.

Magic Johnson would be averaging 20/15/10 in this era. Surround him with three point shooters and there would be no stopping him on the fast break or even when he's attacking inside since there would be so much more space for him and if they double then he obviously had the vision to get it to the right guy.

Steph Curry is the greatest point guard of All-Time. :umad:

Ain't nobody averaging 15 assists per game in this era. :snoop:

Nobody has ever averaged 15 assists per game in NBA history.

The highest assist per game seasons in NBA history occurred in the 80's a free flowing, fast-breaking league with even higher pace than we've seen throughout the last decade. The league today is more predicated on ball movement, screening, multiple playmakers barely any players average 10 assists but nah Magic gonna average 15 assists per game.
