Thread has been made before asking the exact same question...this is one of the most famous conspiracy theories ever...its also insane and would never happen because there are too many variables involved; the military could do this to the poor masses (class), but not blacks exclusively (race); not to mention international effect, global capitalism shifts, etc. It would never happen.

martial law is much more realistic then the scenario that OP and other conspiracy nuts suggest.

irregardless of your social economic status in such a situation as that all black people will be vulnerable to such a military crackdown or a house to house search.

If anything the disenfranchised black person with good accuracy,higher ground and a determined mindset would do far better than any wealthy black millionaire in a state of emergency especially when it comes to taking long range shots at military personnel a mile away from your location.
