Storylines? Title changes? Changes within the company? How? I do believe it's possible with other shows bringing in 8-10 million viewers a week there's gotta be a change

Fire most of the writing and booking staff, and bring in people who know how to actually development characters and have shows flow from one week to the next. With all the rewriting Raw currently does, it comes off as Family Guy instead of a legit dramatic TV series. And I mean the washed version of Family Guy, not the old episodes.
I'd book a storyline where everyone over 40 mysteriously starts sneezing, and then it's revealed that they all have the bird flu. Everyone over 40 is quarantined. The Bird Flu era ushers in a whole new era of change where the WWE is ran by one of those toddler McMahons as the authority figure. A brazen HHH leads a motley crew of middle aged geezers out of the ICU to get control of his company back.

I would fundamentally change some wresting pet peeves of mine
1. No more utterly retarded distraction losses
2. Stipulations that stick
3. Make Finishers matter again. Remember if Y2J got a mofo in the center of that ring. It was a wrap
4. Refs not made of glass. It's 2016 guys
5. Tag matches are for tag teams. Only on special occasions will u see otherwise
6. Continuity
7. High spots toned down. More so those stupid spots outside the ring
8. Less scripted promos. Bullet points at most
9. taunting superstars with their own sh1t. This got real corny cuz everyone doing it. KO & Jericho are grandfathered in so they can.
10. The hot tag has to be not so predictable every time

Write compelling TV. 
There's no reason to tune in week to week because there's no interesting storylines, no build up or payoffs on them either. If you count RAW as a real episodic TV show, it is complete shyt compared to some of the bigger shows that have followings mainly because of writing. You don't watch Walking Dead or GOT every week for "fukkery" or because "its not supposed to be good". So I'll just continue to sorta kinda catch the PPVs, even though I skipped MITB.
