There's a lot I'd change, here's a few points...

Proper planned and developed storylines with proper build ups. There needs to be direction, also more episodic in the sense there should be a real reason you want/need to tune in next week, the storylines should be captivating and interesting , there's so much potential.

Hire a more diverse writing team, there should be a mix of wrestling people and career writers and then a balance could be achieved if the right people oversee that.

Hire more talent, good talent and get rid of useless talent.

Stop over killing the false finishes, more legit storytelling in matches. Make the moves mean something, make finishers mean something, false finishes shouldn't happen all the time, should be saved and then when it happens its unexpected not like it's a mandatory part of a process, that shyt boring.

Build and develop the characters, existing and new ones, with interviews, vignettes, all types of things like back in the day, the Mankind interview with JR was fantastic and did a lot for him, don't tell me no-one else has an interesting story....

Less heel and face turns constantly or it means nothing, back in the day it would suprise you, like when Paul Bearer turned, now its standard shyt... Recently was no way AJ should have turned in my opinion and Cena could have...

Do they still do King Of The Ring? I'd do that... Maybe offer a shot at the title, I enjoyed that PPV. It feels like someone has worked for it.

Create factions that make sense that could lead to potential break out stars, for example The Rock within The Nation.

They probably wouldn't do their own MMA type fighting on the show that was a shoot again but that kind of shyt would work in terms of attracting people... Would be interesting to see, I know I'd watch it if 2 of the wrestlers actually had a bout that was legit competition in boxing or MMA etc.

Make the belts mean something.....

Give more storylines and attention to others that aren't higher up the card yet too.

It needs to be made must watch TV again, needs excitement...

Make more surprising or unexpected shyt happen randomly, returns, any random shyt that's dope.. Not overkill where that's what the show is based off but enough where people don't know what's going to happen, too many of the shows are predictable and people don't feel like you need to watch it.

Have really good in ring matches and as I mentioned with more stories and genuine athleticism and less false finishes and predictability and samey shyt.

Stop blowing their load all the time, create anticipation, stop having everyone face everyone straight away, it kills it if it's instant with no build up....

Build people, have enhancement matches to highlight the strength of a talent. Even if they are lower card wrestlers that are ok but not planning to do everything with, not every match has to be equal , sometimes it's good for someone to dominate.

Have fresh matches, not repeating the same shyt for no reason in a short span of time if there's no interesting story to do so.

Stop having 1 person win and then lose right after and so on. Build momentum sometimes so losses matter more. Not everyone has to beat everyone, not everyone needs their loss avenged.

I'd book a storyline where everyone over 40 mysteriously starts sneezing, and then it's revealed that they all have the bird flu. Everyone over 40 is quarantined. The Bird Flu era ushers in a whole new era of change where the WWE is ran by one of those toddler McMahons as the authority figure. A brazen HHH leads a motley crew of middle aged geezers out of the ICU to get control of his company back.
This is essentially the New Blood storyline that killed WCW :russ:

Get Stephanie and Vince the hell away from creative. Let creative cook (we dont know what they can do on their own yet)

Two shows two hours each. Less recaps. You want to see the shyt happen either DVR or tune in live.

If i have to turn down the mics to decrease boos, then i probably picked the wrong guy.

Blood when necessary (HIAC)

Kill all shareholders.

Do the finest Nicaraguan uncut on a yacht with Dean Ambrose off of Renee Young's ass.

Get rid of the 300 writers and leave the vision of every show to a small group of bookers.

In the women's division not everyone can be a backstabbing, smirking bytch. We need some good faces there, more character variety.

Kill Dismiss Kevin Dunn.

Get rid of the authority figures and leave just a commisioner who doesn't need to appear on every show, only at the most critical moments.

Give more development to the new characters. Yes, the VaudeVillains are old timey. But how? Show, don't tell. Apart from the entrance and the costumes, they just are regular guys.

And if nothing works, let's go the Dragon Gate way: Put everyone on stables and make everything a battle for power and control of the titles. Who's gonna jump to another stable? Who's gonna betray his stable captain? Well build opposing stables can lead to good merchandise earnings. Fans divided, supporting their favorite squad with things like those flags from the Battleground promo.

You can have the best writers and angles, but the WWE brand has been so stale no one's actively checking for WWE so I think they need a publicity stunt to get people to check them out and then make shows that deliver. Something like have Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn go to a live telecast of a baseball game (it's the only sport going on right now), run on the field and fight. They'd get arrested and Vince would have to bail them out, but it'll get talked about. Or Seth and Dean fight in some fancy restaurant in LA or NY where it'll get on the news and have Vince pay the damages. Just get your names out there.

Focus on creating a compelling product before worrying about the ratings. If the product is good word of mouth will reach fans who don't watch anymore and they'll tune in. Raw will NEVER get the ratings they got in 1999-2001. Way too much alternate forms of entertainment now compared to how it was 15 years ago. Hell five years ago.

Have actual wrestlers and/or people who were around wrestling in the 80's and 90's to actually book the shows. Forget television/movie writers. Get people like Arn Anderson, Jim Ross, Paul Heyman, etc involved.

:heh: They need someone like Russo, but not Russo to just come up with off the wall ideas to get exposure outside of their programming and hope some of them work and leads people to go "I might have to check this Raw/Smackdown out :leon:". I know the WWE has a Snapchat, but they never promote it despite it being the social media choice of a lot of the youth. I'd have Vince cut DJ Khaled a check and have him host their Snap and have like the Wyatts attack him and New Day make the save.
