True that. To answer seriously, Ive always been interested in real estate. But in that scenerio, you need money to make money. But something tells me buying a house to fix up and selling it might come with a small profit, not even worth the trouble.

Exactly. Which is why the rich get richer and the poor do everything in their power to make the rich richer.
Money is a tool you use to provide you with financial freedom. So when you buy a PS4, shoes, tires, cell phone, pay your cable bill, etc you're using your money (which is a tool) to build someone else's financial freedom. And in return you get worthless trinkets which doesn't really benefit you that much

The truth is most people use their tools to help everyone but themselves.
Small business? Just as risky. Precious metals? That ship has sailed.
