Gotta choose your battles. Obviously, dude wouldn’t have been as bold if he was solo. It was space between the alleged couple so maybe that wasn’t his girl like that to begin with.

That dude was a punk plain and simple. An easy mark. He was walking down the street and he saw that dude coming. He chose to avoid eye contact and chose to play it off like he didn't see him, like he was another obstacle to walk around like a street light or trashcan.
He's quite lucky dude didn't decide to snatch his girls phone or purse, whatever was in her hand or even take the purse from her shoulder. He's lucky dude didn't steal on him and run his pockets. He really let fear and intimidation allow him to place his faith on the will of the other guy and this time the other guy was just clowning.
Any other person would've been looking dude in his eye as they were walking toward each other and nonverbally communicated so as to avoid any misunderstandings or bullshyt.
