What WWE changes would you make heading into 2016?

Set up a mania match between Sasha and Ronda.

Go back to the format of having actual face and heel commentary. I'm not talking about a muthafukka that throws salt at faces and then dikk ride Cena. I'm talking a PRO heel to the core

- Make feuds matter. Stop the spamming matches between 2 people constantly and booking them terribly - give Owens a legit feud against someone, give Cesaro a good feud. Make the matches matter. Give the divas actual feuds. Even the weaker workers in the Diva division will look stronger for it and people will actually give a shyt about their matches. It will have meaning. All these 6 woman tag matches are harming them. While I'm on that subject.......

- Slow down on the 6 man tags. There's too many of them and it's just a waste of time.

- Turn Seth Rollins face. I'm bored of Seth's current run, even though I enjoy him as a performer in general. Not only is he booked poorly, but he's given way too much shyt to say about nothing, and his opponents are nowhere near varied or exciting enough. At least as a face, he has an opportunity to reinvent his stale character.

- Push Cesaro. Nuff said.

- Slow down Roman's push. He's improving, having better matches, better psychology in general - just don't make him talk so much. Stop trying to make him Cena.

- Hire better bookers. I'd even get one of those youtube motherfukkers like Adam from Whatculture or Dalyxman, they tend to have decent ideas

Brands definitely need to be split again, not PPVs tho

With the Network even the PPV's should be split. Every other month. Give them a 2 month booking cycle.

The one thing I thing they should do is add a rookie tournament to the main roster they bring up these guys from NXT and just forget about them. Put them in something meaningful where wrestling is the story line.

Make the king of the ring a number one contender for the IC belt and merge the gawd damn IC and USA belt.

Also I liked the way Taker and Brock closed out Hell in the Cell. I think they should have more main event matches that don't involve the title.

They should jack Lucha Underground's style and make you defend the Money in the Bank title every month and not the Championship

Brand Split, bring back the Big Gold Belt, but have the Us Title be the main title on smackdown.Bring back the Cruiser Weight and Tv title
Make the IC Title the 1# Contender Title again. Bring back the woman's heavy weight title. Do more house shows on the network.

The IC title should replace money in the bank, and it creates more excitement with the winner if you know they can loose their guaranteed title shot at any moment.. They have been booking the MITB winner like how they used to book the IC champ anyway. They can still have the PPV and the latter match just instead of fighting for a stupid ass briefcase they are fighting for what they should be, a title.

They don't need a brand split but all the fresh nxt call ups and the not in the title picture guys should be on smackdown competing for the us title then once they become dominant in that go to raw. That gives talent a chance to work on a big stage and make the final tweaks to their character..

We all agree with what to do with the divas, first stop referring to them as divas second get rid of that stupid ass belt, let them really shine on smackdown even have them main event sometime.. There are 3 shows other than raw a week they should be given more time on one of them. Monday IC title, legends main eventers, Teusday Womens division and all the guys that are never on raw, or better yet how about a cruiser weight style show, that gives even more incentive to get the network.. WWE needs to realize how to use that platform to entertain their entire fanbase and not just the kids.. Wednesday nxt Thursday see Tuesday and include the us and tag titles

No more random title shots for returning wrestlers or vets...
Reduce roll up wins...smh
Bring back blood for certain gimmick matches (or don't hype it up as dangerous ie. cages matches, etc.)

The WWE need to bring back the brand split. Look at what is happening when there's one place/brand to showcase top stars. Two brands can build more stars at a better pace.

Also, with two brands, more titles can brought out "retirement", thus giving wasted talent time to show up and show out.

And with the influx of new signees, Main Event and Superstars need to be the "bridge" between development and main roster: getting use to working in front of bigger live crowds. "Test run" new characters/angles and develop feuds. And have fresh content for the subscribers that still watch the "C" shows.

But in order for this to be a possibility, there needs to be a MAJOR creative overhaul. Starting by bring back guys that are past their prime in the ring, but still have a creative mindset to put together decent storylines, develop unique characters, and can put together a match. Simply, anyone on the WWE creative staff need to have a legit passion for wrestling. No more soap opera writers.

Smackdown needs to be booked on an equal level like it was 10-12 years ago. You relegate it to NXT call-ups and in the eyes of RAW viewers, it'll be looked at as 2nd rate, still develoopmental.

It simply needs to be equal aspossible at this point.
