Banana bread. I stay the fukk out the kitchen on a Sunday. Jamaicans cook from noon to 6PM just for a big ass pot of rice and peas.

bbq'd chicken drumsticks and pork chops, also a small cut of lamb spiced with garlic and cinnamon (chops and lamb been marinating all day) going to cook the lamb slow in the oven I think. Rice cooked with cream of mushroom soup and a little beef seasoning, sliced up some ginger and green onion into it for extra flavor. A broccoli/sliced pepper mix for vegetables
