I don’t know anything about vantage 4.0 model. I’m familiar with vantage 3.0 but once I got where I wanted to be I don’t keep up with that as much

If you leverage credit to make money it does. Maybe your set and already have the lowest mort rate or whatever financing you need but for me, being an 800 player competing against other prospective tenants for apartments in NYC was the advantage I needed

That’s about to change with Vantage 4.0. Fannie and Freddie are going to validate.

Yeah, not set, but got a good amount of money saved up. I prob should leverage it, but really don't want to be tied to a mortgage here in the Toronto area with our prices.

Make the report, file your disputes with all three boroughs and attach that. Find the presidential email accounts of the institutions were the fraud against you. You’ll have new scores in a matter of weeks

My score is stuck in the low 800s. My Experian is 815. Transunion is 811. Both FICO 8 scores.

Sitting on a 619 right now because my credit utilization rate is high (94%).

Should have all of it paid off by August-September, so I'm not tripping.

Finally had a collection that aged out and automatically removed, in the past 7 years my credit score would never move past 620's, everything else was perfect.

Just checked earlier and my score is damn near 800
