I worked at AT&T for 4 years. Didn’t give a fukk when something got stolen. Just have to file a police report for loss prevention and keep it moving.
It's really simple. It's not about wages or security, prosecution of the law. There's those stores people don't and wont steal fromand those that get stolen from frequently. It's up to you and your staff to decide which store you're going to be.

Stealing is wrong regardless of if it’s yours or not. If I see someone stealing at my job then yeah I’m reporting it and hopefully they get arrested. As a victim of multiple burglaries, I fukking hate thieves.
