You can tell that's legit annoyance and frustration in his voice in the beginning where he said "yall keep doing this."
I'd bet 5 dollars he got a trifling ass manager that is putting all the blame on him for these thefts and he finally caught that nikka.
This probably it along with not liking thieves. I've had shyt stolen from me before so I've got no love for thieving individuals. If you ain't never worked retail it's all types of shyt that can happen when your inventory is messed up like that. Staff can get terminated, they'll search your stuff whenever you leave or treat you like a criminal, ain't nobody trying to get stopped and frisked while they at work
They might have a bonus that they'd lose because this dude stealing, not to mention having to put all that shyt back on the shelf etc.. Ain't nothing worse than a thief
