My mother called me in tears last night saying she just had a dream that I got arrested with 10 bricks of dog food right in front of her while we were on the way to see my grandfather in the hospital
I realize that its just the brain doing what it does, because her 2 biggest concern are always my well-being and her father's health.
But for it to create an experience so realistic and chilling that she wakes up distraught and in tears? Thats amazing to me.
Like when I had a dream I was in Mortal Kombat, I hear the voice say "FIGHT!!!" in the background and before I know it Scorpion shoots the lil chain snake thing right at my neck, I feel it go through and out of the other side.
The nikka off'd me in like 3 seconds with an instant fatality

Cheatin like a muhfuhka.
But the part that I find interesting is that I woke up chocking and gasping for air as if somethin actually hit me in the neck. Could the mind simulate death in your sleep? Is that why some people just seem to mysteriously die in their sleep? A dream where they died and the brain made the body react as if it actually died?
