it wasn't what ppl expected and they'd been spoiling us with classics up until that point. Compared to Enta Da Stage, Dah Shinin, Nocturnal, Da Storm...shyt even Diggin In Dah Crates......For The People might as well have been a frisbee

Yea that For The People album single handily destroyed BCC's dominance in NY Hip Hop. Prior to this album, from 93-96, they were on a roll.

yeah pretty much shocking how bad this album was

I liked it...definitely wasn't as good as their previous releases Was just bumping ohkeedoke the other day. Just gets me mad that starang dropped off the face of the earth.

Yeah but even before that he basically stopped rapping...dude would have like 1 verse on the BCC albums. Now he's out of jail and still ain't rapping. Hopefully he gets on the Mic Tyson album, but I doubt it. Oh well...I thought he was dope.
