I said the same exact thingThe guy does some unbelievable stuff on the court. His second year if you watched him every day you could tell that someday he would be a top 5 player. He has the court vision to make the right passes and is a lights out shooter.
Hes is Allen Iverson 2.0 with a better jumpshot and handles.
He has elite talent and with the right coach and offensive game plan, he will take that leap in to superstar-dome.
Last year you could tell he just didn't give a shyt during some games. I think the lack of an offensive plan really hindered his ability to do what he does best and I 100% blame that on the coach. There were games he just took off and it was really frustrating to watch him not give a shyt.
I really like Embiid but I think drafting Andrew Wiggins would be a perfect running mate with Kyrie. He needs a team mate that can help with perimeter defense and can do everything on the offensive end to help Kyrie improve his own offensive game. Kyrie and Wiggins in transition would be near unstoppable.
And I know its a pipe dream but if Lebron returns you have a line up of Kyrie/Wiggins/Lebron/Bennett. Use Waiters as a trade chip to get a garbage man center like Asik or Tyson Chandler and I really dont see a better line up in the league 2 years down the road.
If he progress like hes suppose too, he can be the next iverson.
