Heard a little about Maca Powder imma get up on it. Probably cop some spirulina powder too from GNC.
I eat maca root powder. I either mix it with water (mornings before work) or my whey protein shakes. You can buy capsules too.

7-8 hours of sleep and at least half a gallon of water daily. Also cut out the bullshyt food(cheetos,candy,fast food ect). Do that for a week and your energy will shoot up

Also, eat complex carbs(beans/rice/lentils/oatmeal/potatoes ect)for breakfast

Back when I was doing full time school, work and gym I was taking all types of caffeine tabs. Sweated it out like crazy.

Hopped off that all that bs, now I do 4oz black coffee, a banana + a b12. Sometimes twice a day.
