I was watching a documentary that took place in the 80s and I noticed no one had an edge up. What year did this become common place in the black community? and who started it? :patrice:

The way I experienced it,

Puffy, Mase, and Nas had immaculate lineups and influenced alot of nikkas to adopt that extra crispy razor sharp line up

Rappers in the 80s were lined up something fierce

In the 80s Black actors in Hollywood had trouble getting proper barbers on set so much so that the bigger names started bringing their own barbers if the budget allowed it.
