this isn't a cop thing, it's a human thing...and THIS human did the RIGHT thing.
Kinda like that cop who gave that man them boots in the cold. Man I was at Anacostia station during this past winter...saw a homeless man in the distance without shoes or socks. Unprompted, this kid/teenager runs over to him and gave him the socks off his own feet AND his shoes. They were a little big, but the man clearly was thankful.
It was a nice scene and only a few people caught it. The kid went home without shoes (he had 2 pairs of socks on for some reason
