Ain't ok to rip off anyone, especially not the people you're supposed to be tight with. In most cases if feel Tyson would be a bit harsh to use the description someone quoted earlier in this thread, but given how much king seems to have cheated fighters out of and learning that apparently he's got two bodies on him, that description seems on point.
